SSR63 in Germany: Can I convert it to Full Auto? Is it programmable?
Due to gun laws in Germany, converting the Semi-Only SSR63 to Full Auto is unfortunately not possible.
The Semi-Only variant of the SSR63 is the only variant which we can import into Germany.
Please note that the Semi-Only ETU cannot be programmed in any way.

Which battery and BBs should I use?
BB & Battery Recommendation:
0.9-1.1 Joules: 0.28g – 11.1V
1.4-1.6 Joules: 0.28g – 11.1V

TROUBLESHOOTING
The power output of the gun is too high or too low.
Please ensure that you are using the correct weight of BBs and the right hopup setting when measuring the power output.
Clean your inner barrel and hopup bucking, as there might be dirt inside.
If you set the gun to the Pre-Cocking mode, make sure to shoot a full auto burst at the end of the game to release the tension in the spring, as the ETU is not pre-cocking on full auto.
If the spring stays tensioned, it will lose its power over time.
The ETU beeps while playing.
- 1 long beep (1 sec): Unable to complete a correct shot cycle.
- Motor locked, sector gear not detected properly, low voltage, etc.
- 4 beeps (keeps beeping): The battery has reached critically low voltage.
- Plug in a fully charged battery and recharge the used one.
- 1 short beep (0.3 sec): The ETU is overheating.
- Let the motor cool down a bit before shooting again.
The gun is not hopping the BBs properly, or they are curving.
Thoroughly clean your inner barrel and bucking, as this is most likely the cause of the problem.
If this does not resolve the issue, check if any parts of your hopup chamber are missing or damaged.
The SSR63 A1 magazine does not feed the BBs well, and the first shots are too weak.
This can happen with new SSR63 A1 magazines, as these need to be filled and emptied a few times to reach their full capacity.
Doing so will lessen the “midcap syndrome” and cause the magazines to feed more reliably.
Please keep the recommended BB weights in mind, as using too heavy BBs might result in feeding issues.
The gun does not shoot, and the ETU does not beep when connecting the battery.
Check if the battery works and is fully charged.
Follow the “Disassembly” video on our SSR63 academy page and check if either of the motor connector cables are disconnected. If that is the case, plug them back in and check the functionality again.
If this does not help, please follow the “Disassembly” video further and check the ETU and the wiring for any visual damage or disconnected wires.
