The slide is stuck. How to proceed?
If you encounter this issue, the likely cause of it will be most likely a broken hammer uni.  With the slide stuck in the locked back position, you can push the nozzle back into the housing, and you may need to shake it a little as well.

Afterward, you will be able to remove the slide.  Please proceed to remove the slide and check the internals for any damaged parts.  Be sure to check the hammer unit at the back.  If your hammer unit is indeed broken, please proceed and follow the steps for the “Hammer unit is broken” issue.
The rear sight screw cannot be removed
You may encounter the issue of the rear sight screw being secured too tight and that it can’t be removed.  In such a scenario, there are two possible solutions that can be applied.

The first one would be to heat up the screw, in order to weaken the screw glue that is in place.  By doing this, the screw should be easier to remove.

If this does not solve the issue and the screw is still too tight, applying WD-40 directly onto the screw threads can also make it easier to remove.  Please wait a while after applying the WD-40, approximately 20-30 minutes, and be sure to use the correct tools.

Following these instructions will allow the removal of the screw and also reduce the likelihood of stripping the screw head.
The accessories do not fit on a 14 CCW thread.
Please reach out to us through our website with a description of the issue, your order ID and also a picture/video that clearly shows the issue.
The slide is not closing all the way.
Remove the magazine and apply a bit of thin silicone oil to the Gas Route.
